Eric Wine Barについて
サントロペ出身のエリックは、カンヌの一流ホテルや日本のFloグループで、高級レストランの経験が豊富です。30年以上、日本に暮らしており、2017年には長年の夢を叶え、自身の店 Eric Wine Bar をオープンしました。
彼のパートナーであるラニーはフィリピン出身で、情熱を持ってエリックと共にお店を切り盛りしています。二人の温かく心のこもったおもてなしで、ワインとフランス料理、そして本格的なホスピタリティが融合した特別なひとときをお楽しみいただけます。
About Eric Wine Bar
Originally from Saint-Tropez, Eric has been living in Japan for over 30 years. With extensive experience in high-end hospitality — acquired in some of the finest hotels in Cannes and with the Flo Group in Japan — he fulfilled his dream by founding Eric Wine Bar in 2017.
By his side is his partner Lanie, originally from the Philippines, who shares his passion and helps manage the bar. Together, they form a warm and attentive duo, offering an authentic experience where wine, French cuisine, and genuine hospitality take center stage.
